OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES AND CONDITIONS:
Sask Lacrosse Rush Game Day – 50/50 (“Raffle”)
OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is operated under Provincial Lottery License No. LR23-0092 and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws.
PROCEEDS: All proceeds of the Raffle will benefit the Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association, and the programs that the Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association support.
PRIZES: Winner will receive 50% of the Total Raffle Sales. (“Prize”)
ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: During the dates and times and other details specified below, raffle tickets are available for purchase by anyone regardless of their residence if tickets are purchased in person at the game from volunteers selling via handheld terminals or at kiosks on the concourse. Online purchases available at www.sasklacrosse.net if the purchaser is located in Saskatchewan. On-line sales will start at 9:00am on game day. All sales will end at the start of the third period.
Any members of the organization, immediate family, or people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are not allowed to purchase tickets. Must be 18+ to play.
PURCHASING RAFFLE ENTRIES: The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available for purchase: 1 ticket for $10, 40 tickets for $20, and 200 tickets for $50
NUMBER OF RAFFLE TICKETS: There will be 8,000,000 tickets for purchase, with the ticket prices and amounts available for purchase are as follows:

THE DRAWS: A 50/50 raffle and draw will be held for all regular season and playoff homegames for the 2023/24 lacrosse season. All draws will take place at SaskTel Centre; 3515 Thatcher Ave; Saskatoon, SK S7R 1C4 at approximately the 10:00 minute mark of the 4th quarter of the lacrosse game. The winning ticket is drawn electronically by random number generator approved by SLGA. The winning ticket number will be announced over the public address. Ticket must be presented to claim prize and the number on the ticket must match the random generated number. If the winning ticket was purchased online, the purchaser will be contacted via telephone per the information they submit at time of online purchase. The winning number will also be posted online at www.sasklacrosse.net . All regular season and play off home games for the 2023-2024 season commencing December 9th, 2023 and concluding on June 29th, 2024. (December 9, 31, 2023, January 20, February 3, 24, March 16, April 6, 13, and 20th, 2024, Playoff games TBD in May and June)
The winner will have 365 calendar days from the draw date to claim their prize. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prize shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA in accordance with Section 13(d) of the SLGA's Terms and Conditions.
DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): The Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association shall have the sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). The Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association’s decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must claim the prize by the deadline specified above.
The winner must provide their name, address and phone number with picture identification to claim the prize. A scan of a valid provincial or federal photo identification card (i.e., driver’s license, firearm possession permit, passport, etc.) is acceptable.
AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): A Prize will be awarded to the Potential Winner who has been designated by the Saskatchewan Laccrosse Association as an Official Winner. The winner’s name will be published. All prizes will be awarded to the Winner via cheque. For security and auditing purposes, no cash payments will be made to winners.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under “RELEASE OF LIABILITY”) are not responsible for: (1) Entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser’s possession, (2) Entries that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) Entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled as a result of any failure or problem whatsoever with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website, computer, telephone, cable or satellite modem or connection, hand held mobile device or any other computer equipment or connection, whether or not caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by viruses, worms, or malfunctions affecting a network, server ISP or any equipment or programming used in or associated with the Raffle; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), “Errors”), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing Entries, identifying Potential Winners, determining Official Winners, or announcing or delivering Prizes; or If any portion of the Raffle is compromised, in Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association’s sole judgment, by a virus, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of Entries (collectively, a “Compromising Event”), then the Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association’s reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle, and to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All Entry purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by the Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association. The Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association will have sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of prize winner.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree that The Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association and Tap 50:50, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, members, consultants and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage.
