2025 Humboldt Bronco’s Winners Choice Lotto
OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these “Official Rules of Play” and by the decisions of the Raffle Operators, the Humboldt Bronco’s Jr. A Hockey Association Inc (hereafter known as “Broncos” or the “Sponsor”), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the “Lottery of Cash” (or the “Raffle”). The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws.
NET PROCEEDS: All net proceeds of the Raffle will benefit the programs that the Sponsor supports.
PRIZES: Grand Prize is $100,000 cash or the choice of one of the following vehicles:
Grand Prize vehicle packages:
- Ford Package valued at $113991.45 (tax included)
- Dodge Package valued at 112437.23 (tax included)
- Chevy Package valued at 102,172.89 (tax included)
Early Bird Prize:
- Sundance Spa Package with a value of $14,958.36 (taxes included) or $10,000 cash. Draw 16
Subsidiary Prizes
- (3 Draws) Winner’s Choice of Home Hardware Outdoor Package (valued at $5,500) or Rona Outdoor Package (valued at $5850) or $5000 cash. All three winners have a choice between all three packages (Draws 4-2)
- (4 Draws) Winner’s Choice of Humboldt Broncos Fan of the Decade Prize (valued at $4000) or $2500 cash. All four winners have a choice between both packages. (Draws 8-5)
- (7 Draws) Winner’s choice of Sobey’s Gift Cards (valued at $1100) or $1000 Cash. All 7 winners have a choice between both packages (Draws 15-9)
Maximum of 4500 tickets will be issued and a total possible prize value of $170,199.81 in prizes for the Winner’s Choice Lottery.
INELIGIBLE PARTIES: The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Raffle or to win any Prize: i) employees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, agents and consultants of Tap 50:50 Event Consultants. Board members of the Sponsor are also not allowed to purchase tickets. Nobody under the age of 18 is eligible to win.
PURCHASING RAFFLE ENTRIES: The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available for purchase: 1 ticket for $100.00, 5 tickets for $250.00. The lottery will run between Feb 3rd, 2025 until the cut-off date of April 4th, 2025 at 7:00pm. Draw date for the Lottery will be April 5th, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Cut off for the Early Bird Draw is March 7th, 2025 at 7:00 pm. Early Bird Draw date is March 8th at 2pm. Tickets will be sold over the phone, the Winner Choice Lottery Office, the main Broncos Office and online at humboldtbroncos.com and is intended for people within the Province of Saskatchewan only.
NUMBER OF RAFFLE TICKETS: A maximum of 4500 Winners Choice Lottery tickets will be available to be sold for the entire length of the Raffle.
AWARDING OF DRAW PRIZES: The following outlines the methodology for Winners and the Grand Jackpot winner to receive their cash prizes:
- See “Determination of official winner(s)” above.
- Each winner will have a maximum of 365 days, starting from the time when their winning ticket number was drawn, to claim their prize
- For safety and security reasons, no cash payments will be made directly to winners
- If winning ticket holders have not claimed their prizes within 365 days, or if the Sponsors have deemed the winning ticket holders were ineligible participants, then the winning ticket will be “voided” and the prize monies for the specific Winner will be awarded to a charity of choice by the Sponsor as per SLGA guidelines.
- All participants including winners of subsidiary prizes and the Early Bird Prize are eligible to win the grand prize.
- Draw location will be at the Elgar Peterson Arena 619 17th st.
- Prizes will be awarded to the name on the ticket. If more than one name is on a ticket, the Sponsor will only issue a check to one individual on the tickets. The Sponsor or SLGA are not responsible for any disputes.
DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). Sponsor’s decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in Sponsor’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must contact Sponsor by the deadline specified above.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under “RELEASE OF LIABILITY”) are not responsible for:
(1) Entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser’s possession, (2) Entries that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) Entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled as a result of any failure or problem whatsoever with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website, computer, telephone, cable or satellite modem or connection, hand held mobile device or any other computer equipment or connection, whether or not caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by viruses, worms, or malfunctions affecting a network, server ISP or any equipment or programming used in or associated with the Raffle; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), “Errors”), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing Entries, identifying Potential Winners, determining Official Winners, or announcing or delivering Prizes; or If any portion of the Raffle is compromised, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, by a virus, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of Entries (collectively, a “Compromising Event”), then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle, and to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All Entry purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by Sponsor. Sponsor has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of prize winner.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree that the Sponsor and Tap 50:50, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, members, consultants and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage.
