OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.
NET PROCEEDS: All net proceeds of the Raffle will benefit the SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDER FOUNDATION, (hereafter known as the “Sponsor”) and the programs and charitable donations that the Sponsor supports.
PRIZE(S): The winner of the Winter Breakaway 50/50 Raffle will receive a cash prize equal to fifty percent (50%) of total net revenue (Guaranteed Minimum $50,000). The other fifty percent (50%) of the Jackpot will be retained by SRF Foundation in its sole and absolute discretion, to support its charitable programs and initiatives throughout Saskatchewan, or as otherwise approved by Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA).

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: Tickets are eligible for purchase to patrons who are located within the Province of Saskatchewan at the time of entry. They must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and otherwise meet the conditions specified in these Official Rules of Play.
The following individuals are ineligible to participate in the SRF Foundation Winter Breakaway 50/50 Raffle:
- SRF Board of Directors
- SRF staff, volunteers, and Executives
- Those directly affiliated with the administration of the raffle and selecting its Winners
- Executives and Employees Tap 50:50 Event Consultants

WINTER BREAKAWAY 50/50 DETAILS:
Ticket sales will commence online on Thursday, December 19 at noon.

The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available for purchase for the Winter Breakaway 50/50: 3 tickets for $20, 20 tickets for $50, 50 tickets for $100 and 200 Tickets for $200.
Powerplay Add-on ticket prices are $10 Each or 5 for $20.
- Tickets can be purchased online or in-venue or by telephone;
- In-venue sales will be available at the Winter Classic Banquet on Jan 31st and at the Winter Classic Hockey Game on Feb 1st at Merlis Belsher arena in Saskatoon .
- Telephone sales will be available to all patrons that are physically In Saskatchewan, during the designated raffle period;
- All tickets purchased online or via telephone will receive an email confirmation receipt containing their ticket numbers;
- Raffle ticket sales are open across the province of Saskatchewan and can be purchased online via Riders5050.ca;
- Powerplay Add-on tickets can only be purchased with a Winter Breakaway 50/50 ticket.
DRAW SELECTION: At the conclusion of each deadline, the winning number(s) will be selected using a Random Number Generator (“RNG”) system from all eligible ticket numbers for that raffle. All draws will take place at Mosaic Stadium, 1700 Elphinstone Regina Sk.
The winning names and ticket number will be posted to Riders5050.ca on the announcement dates indicated for each Draw. The Riders Foundation will contact all winners and advise how to claim their prize.
Ticket purchasers do not need to be present to win.
LEGAL
DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): It is the Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation’s sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). The decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in by the SRF’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must initiate the Claim Process by the deadline specified above.
AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): A Prize will be awarded to each Potential Winner who has been designated by SRF Foundation as an Official Winner. All winners have one (1) year from the initial draw date to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes will be held for a period of one (1) full year. If a winner has not come forward and/or cannot be located by the specified deadline, the prize or cash equivalent value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA).
In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name, the licensee shall award the prize to the first individual identified on the ticket as the Contact. The licensee and Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the raffle ticket.
TRANSFER OF TICKETS OR PRIZE(S): Raffle tickets are non-transferable. The individual listed as the “Contact” in the Processing Form will be the presumed owner of the Raffle Ticket. Purchasers of raffle tickets may not re-sell their tickets to other parties. All persons who re-sell, purchase, or receive Raffle Tickets in violation of these Official Rules shall be ineligible to participate in the raffle or win a prize(s).
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under “RELEASE OF LIABILITY”) are not responsible for: (1) Entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser’s possession, (2) Entries that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) Entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled as a result of any failure or problem whatsoever with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website, computer, telephone, cable or satellite modem or connection, hand held mobile device or any other computer equipment or connection, whether or not caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by viruses, worms, or malfunctions affecting a network, server ISP or any equipment or programming used in or associated with the Raffle; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), “Errors”), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing Entries, identifying Potential Winners, determining Official Winners, or announcing or delivering Prizes; or If any portion of the Raffle is compromised, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, by a virus, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of Entries (collectively, a “Compromising Event”), then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle, and to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All Entry purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by Sponsor. Sponsor has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of prize winner.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree that The Sponsor, and Tap 50:50, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, members, consultants and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage.
