SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDER FOUNDATION GAME DAY 50/50: OFFICIAL RULES (“RAFFLE”)
OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.
NET PROCEEDS: All net proceeds of the Raffle will benefit the SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDER FOUNDATION, (hereafter known as the “Sponsor”) and the programs and charitable donations that the Sponsor supports.

PRIZE(S): The winner of each 50/50 Raffle will receive a cash prize equal to fifty percent (50%) of total net revenue. The other fifty percent (50%) of the Jackpot will be retained by SRF Foundation in its sole and absolute discretion, to support its charitable programs and initiatives throughout Saskatchewan, or as otherwise approved by Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA).
Guaranteed Jackpots and Extra Prizes
- June 11th Countdown to Kickoff raffle will have a $25,000 Early Bird draw on June 7th at 8:00 pm. The Jackpot for the first regular season home game will be the greater of $100,000 or 50% of net revenue.
- September 4th game will the greater of $200,000 or 50% of net revenue.
- A Potential Home Playoff game will be the greater of $200,000 or 50% of net revenue.
ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: Tickets are eligible for purchase to patrons who are located within the Province of Saskatchewan at the time of entry. They must be nineteen (19) years of age or older and otherwise meet the conditions specified in these Official Rules of Play.
The following individuals are ineligible to participate in the SRF Foundation 50/50 Raffle:
- SRF Board of Directors
- SRF staff, volunteers, and Executives
- Those directly affiliated with the administration of the raffle and selecting its Winners
- Executives and Employees Tap 50:50 Event Consultants
NUMBER OF TICKETS AND TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available for purchase:
- 1 ticket for $10 50,000 sets of 1 for $10 = $500,000
- 10 tickets for $20 250,000 sets of 10 for $20 = 5,000,000
- 50 tickets for $50 50,000 sets of 50 for $50 = 2,500,000
- 200 tickets for $100 20,000 sets of 200 for $100 = 2,000,000
Maximum number of possible tickets: 20,000,000
Maximum prize value: $4,405,773.75
RAFFLE DETAILS:
The season will be divided into three sections. Pre-season, regular season, and playoffs:
Pre-season ticket sales will commence online on Monday May 16th at 9:00am for the pre-season home game on May 23rd.. In venue sales will commence 3 hours prior to kick-off and all sales will run until the end of the 3rd quarter game day.
Regular season ticket sales will commence online on Tuesday May 24th at 9:00am for the season opening game on June 16 and marketed as Countdown to Kickoff. In venue sales will commence 3 hours prior to kick-off and all sales will run until the end of the 3rd quarter game day. All other regular season home or away games, online ticket sales will commence on the first Monday at 9:00am following game-day. In venue sales will commence for home games only 3 hours prior to kick-off. All sales will conclude at the end of the 3rd quarter game day.
Playoff ticket sales will commence online on Monday October 31 at 9:00am for the playoff game. If the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football club achieves a home playoff game, In venue sales will commence 3 hours prior to kick-off and all sales will run until the end of the 3rd quarter game day.
In the event of the game being postponed or cancelled, ticket purchasing will conclude at 4:30 PM on the date the game was intended to be played and the draw will be made at 5:30 PM.
For both home and away games, the winner will be announced on https://www.riderville.com/foundation5050 and the SRF social media accounts during the 4th Quarter. For all home games, the winning ticket numbers will also be announced in-stadium during the 4th Quarter.
The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available for purchase: 1 ticket for $10.00, 10 tickets for $20.00, 50 tickets for $50.00 and 200 ticks for $100.00.
- Tickets can be purchased online, in-venue or by telephone;
- In-venue sales will be available at Mosaic Stadium from 3 hours prior to kickoff for home games and concluding at the closing of the draw at the end of the 3rd Quarter during home games;
- Telephone sales will be available to all patrons that are physically In Saskatchewan, during the designated raffle period;
- All tickets purchased online or via telephone will receive an email confirmation receipt containing their ticket numbers;
- Raffle ticket sales are open across the province of Saskatchewan and can be purchased online via https://www.riderville.com/foundation5050

DRAW SELECTION: At the conclusion of each raffle period, the winning number(s) will be selected using a Random Number Generator (“RNG”) system from all eligible ticket numbers for that raffle. The draws will take place at Mosaic Stadium, 1700 Elphinstone Regina Sk.
The winning number will be posted to the SRF website, within twenty-four (24) hours of the Draw Announcement. It is the responsibility of the winner to contact the SRF to claim their prize, either via email at [email protected] or by calling the Main Office at 306-569-2323.
Ticket purchasers do not need to be present to win.
LEGAL
DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER(S): It is the Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation’s sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). The decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in by the SRF’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must initiative the Claim Process by the deadline specified above.
AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): A Prize will be awarded to each Potential Winner who has been designated by SRF Foundation as an Official Winner. All winners have one (1) year from the initial draw date to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes will be held for a period of one (1) full year. If a winner has not come forward and/or cannot be located by the specified deadline, the prize or cash equivalent value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA).
In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name, the licensee shall award the prize to the first individual identified on the ticket as the Contact. The licensee and Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the raffle ticket.
TRANSFER OF TICKETS OR PRIZE(S): Raffle tickets are non-transferable. The individual listed as the “Contact” in the Processing Form will be the presumed owner of the Raffle Ticket. Purchasers of raffle tickets may not re-sell their tickets to other parties. All persons who re-sell, purchase, or receive Raffle Tickets in violation of these Official Rules shall be ineligible to participate in the raffle or win a prize(s).
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under “RELEASE OF LIABILITY”) are not responsible for: (1) Entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser’s possession, (2) Entries that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) Entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled as a result of any failure or problem whatsoever with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website, computer, telephone, cable or satellite modem or connection, hand held mobile device or any other computer equipment or connection, whether or not caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by viruses, worms, or malfunctions affecting a network, server ISP or any equipment or programming used in or associated with the Raffle; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), “Errors”), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing Entries, identifying Potential Winners, determining Official Winners, or announcing or delivering Prizes; or If any portion of the Raffle is compromised, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, by a virus, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of Entries (collectively, a “Compromising Event”), then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle, and to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All Entry purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by Sponsor. Sponsor has sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of prize winner.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree that The Sponsor, and Tap 50:50, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, members, consultants and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage.
